        Whilst the individual staff are generally good people, the business leader of this organisation is a bully who a lot of staff fear. Treatment of staff is not inline with what you would hope for from any organisation let alone a faith-based organisation. Other executive are powerless to do anything against the business leaders wishes. Do not apply for roles here, nor deal with them from a business perspective.
