I absolutely cannot recommend Matt enough - we worked together on a comedy song of mine which was a very specific and out-of-the-box kinda brief and he absolutely smashed it out of the park. The sessions with him were so fun and easy, and his musical instinct and knowledge is absolutely second to none. He's super professional, great communication all-round and absolutely rad gear in the studio. I'm beyond thrilled with the final track and can't wait to work with Matt again!!

I approached Mat from S&M Productions for assistance with recording voice over for training material I am developing. I found the experience to be very enjoyable and far more relaxing than I anticipated. Mat was extremely professionally while making you feel very relaxed an at ease at the same time. I was amazed at his ability to bring the best out in you noticing even the slightest mistakes, loss of energy or lack of emphasis. When it came to post production editing it was incredible how fast and accurate he was. I can highly recommend Mat to anyone needing any type of audio recording services.

I first saw Matt McLaren on TV. He is a well known, local music producer with a great recording studio buried deep in the back of the INNX warehouse in Newcastle West. He is a soulful performer, creative producer and proprietor of a state of the art studio.
