Highly recommend Bonvilla if youre looking for a rental property! Jane Shaw went above and beyond for us when we were looking for a property! Wasnt a hassle, clearly communicated the next steps. She is such an approachable, friendly property manager! My experience with Jane and BonVilla was and is always a pleasure. I have been a tenant for nearly two years and never want to rent through anyone else other than BonVilla. Thank you Jane!!

Great, consistent, boutique agency. I always return to Bonvilla whenever I need a property agent. I have leased several properties out through them and couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are very easy to work with and always available to reach. Jane Shaw has been a fabulous agent. She has always gone above and beyond, particularly assisting with preparing properties for tenants, arranging maintenance and ensure the right tenants are selected. She really takes care of everything. I wouldn't lease my property out through another agency and Bonvilla are always who I recommend to others. Thanks Jane, Jane and Jody!

I cannot recommend Bonvilla property enough. I was very fortunate to have Jane Shaw as my property manager who always went above and beyond, she was great to communicate with, extremely friendly and always available for any questions big or small. My experience with Jane and bonvilla was an absolute pleasure and would recommend them to anyone in the Newcastle area.

Highly recommend bonvilla property if you are searching for a rental, the team here truly value and look after their tenants. You wont find the same compassion, kindness and generosity with another agency! Jane and her team are extremely professional and friendly, always approachable and a pleasure to talk to!
