The store has a lovely set out and atmosphere but the staff need to work on their customer service skills and hire more as there wasn't enough staff to help the demand in store. Apart from this, it's a good store Visited 27/5/2023

I brought 4 printer colours cartridges a few months ago and I lost my receipt. When I open up one of the cartridge it doesnt match the one from my printer I started panicking. I went to office work Newcastle to sort it out. Is a relief the cashier was very helpful told me I lost my receipt is ok I have my bank statement record and office work had my receipt on their records. She then referred me to the Manager Zack. His very helpful and shown me a demonstration on the printer how to changed the toner is not that I bought the wrong toner is came in two parts. Manager Zack went an extra miles to help me out . Very good customer service and professional and the staffs are very friendly.
