        Rude, Gestapo like when I walked in with another patient. Used her body to block my path, and told me to wait outside.

        It could be made more obvious that you need to take a number and wait. A nice lady let me know about that. She even gave me her number when she went to drink more water for a urine test. Anyway, I waited 20 mins. The nurse taking my blood was polite and excellent. No pain, no fainting.

        Wouldn't recommend as you have to wait in the shopping centre at the top of the escalators. Only 2 seats, overall a very de humanising experience. Better to go around the corner on parry st.

        23.03.23 ..Poor communication ( as in stand there till u realise to press the button then wait) & no seating except for 2 seats outside ( not Covid friendly) next to carpark , too bad if ur elderly or pregnant .. meanwhile heaps of vacant seats inside .. Obviously complaints over 12 months have done nothing .. Wont be using Newcastle west again! @Marketown Health poor form ..

        Like all the other reviews here, made to stand outside and wait after the single bench seat was filled. There is a whole practice waiting room empty and air conditioned but for some unknown reason youre not allowed in? Weird setup, plenty of other practices where youre allowed inside.
