Unhelpful and unprofessional. Took my phone in with a broken screen, and then ended up with issues with the phone sporadically restarting or the brightness not working. Wasnt able to receive the full refund as they had thrown out the old screen, fair enough. Had to chase the refund I did get for 2 weeks, while being constantly told Id receive it that day, on multiple occasions. I asked for proof of the refund when they said it had been processed but they couldnt even provide that. The customer service was awful, not one apology or any communication at all. Ended up with a completely broken phone and out money. Not worth it.

I took my phone to be repaired a month or two ago to fix a smashed screen. As soon as I got home I realised the front camera was completely black despite this not being an issue beforehand. The screen also was super slow to respond meaning I couldn't type and the glass was loose. I took it back asap to be fixed and was reassured it would be working as they fixed the camera but the issues of the touch screen persisted. I recently took it to another store who discovered a large plate that is crucial to the function of the phone was missing and not replaced, explaining the faultiness after the first visit. The worker at this store was shocked that they could've missed this, not once but twice. Would not recommend if you don't want to be paying for it to be fixed multiple times.
