I come in today to a make enquiries into getting contact information for Dr Mansour ( orthopaedic surgeon) I have Kasey your receptionist was absolutely amazing she was so polite and friendly and helped me the way she the best way she could and I was absolutely grateful for her wonderful assistance even though it was the first time I had met her , I have obviously met other beautiful receptionists in practices just like this lady but do sincerely wish their was were even more people as caring and respectful around Newcastle as kasey was today towards me , Thank you so much for your patience and help today . Highly recommend, the staff are all very helpful and caring unlike other places where your just a number, Kasey the receptionists is very approachable with any questions and queries and always smiling making you feel very welcomed, and Martin also, I think he definitely knows his stuff and also has different ways/ ideas to help out.

Fantastic services that cannot be faulted. From the moment you are seen you are treated like you are the only patient they have to care for. There is never any feelings of being rushed and unheard. The state of the art medical diagnostics aside, their consultation services, their follow-ups, and future treatment plans have actually left me feeling EXCITED about my future health opportunities. After years of unsuccessful treatments for chronic migraines and neck pain probable causes have finally been located that years of medical interventions have missed. I am finally owning my future wellness instead of feeling resigned to a future of continuous suck it up pain. Everyone on the team is patient focused and results driven with the aim of not only reaching optimal functionality and pain free living but also maintaining that in an achievable way throughout day to day life. If you need any type of scans, ultrasounds, MRIs etc they have a facility directly next door where all of these consults can take place. I am somewhat needle phobic and once the staff was made aware of this steps were made that improved my experience 1000% what was once a terrifying pain treatment option became less painful then my last COVid vaccination. To top it all off there is a great espresso bar around the corner
