Amazing customer service and meats, wondeful selection of dry aged meats and you can tell the butcher's are passionate about what they do. Asked for advice on cooking and selection of cut, they were more than happy to oblige with no judgement.

Amazing service and friendly staff that go above and beyond! I ordered a delivery package for my fathers day (as we're stuck down in Sydney in lockdown) on the Friday, arrived on the Saturday afternoon. There was one item they were out of stock, so they called me and replaced with a great option (dad was none the wiser) and even bought a fathers day card to add to the order to make it extra special. Michael was a legend, he checked in with me when the order was due to go out and really went above and beyond - if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Also big thanks to Angie who delivered the items, classic that dad wasn't home at the time so she called to ensure I was happy with the location where she left it. Dad was stoked with the quality of the steak and the seafood that was delivered, and sent us photos of a feast well enjoyed. Again - huge thanks to the team, Michael and Angie deserve a huge pat on the back for a job well done. You guys will be my go to for the future birthdays, fathers days and Christmas - hopefully lockdown free so I can try the food myself this time!

Amazing customer service! Also tried the new Texas BBQ beef jerky. Best jerky I ever had! Will definitely be returning soon
