Catherine and the team at enigma were one of the highlights of our wedding planning experience. I purchased my wife's wedding rings, resized my own ring and my wife also purchased a range of necklaces and earrings for herself and the bridal party. The pricing was reasonable and the service was friendly and supportive. We are able to go in any time for a complementary ring clean (wedding ring I mean!) and a catch up with the ladies. We will definitely return for more jewellery and will recommend this jeweller to all of our friends. Cheers ladies!

Terrible after sales service from Catherine who was extremely rude and condesending. We had a problem with an unworn pair of earrings purchased by my young teenage daughter with her birthday money. The gold plating had worn off and earrings were only a few weeks old. When I took the earrings back, Catherine basically implied that they must have been worn and that myself and my daughter were lying. Thankfully when sent back to the manufacturer for review of the issue, they accepted they were faulty and provided a credit. Emma from Enigma was very helpful in ensuring we received our money back. Such a shame Catherine was so rude as a we'd always admired the jewellery in the shop.
