        I went into the store to ask about lightening my hair and approached an employee. She was frowning at me with a very judgemental look while lecturing me about why every option was not available and she was not very helpful. She only listed everything that I should not do but did not give me any useful information on what to do now. I am not going back.

        What was feeling like a very stressful and overwhelming experience was fixed with kindness and professionalism. My hair wasn't taking to the dye, only tints through my hair but not much else. After a short discussion with both the experienced manager and a wonderful first year apprentice, they walked me through the process needed to get the result I was after. Offering to stay late for the process and results. Amazing, kind and genuine people who care about their passion. I could not recommend them more. Service: Hair coloring
