        Did not find staff helpful at all.Ended up calling the shop to find an item,older lady was basically rude and dismissive on the phone in her words " Go to the chemist,I know what a knee support is ,my husband wears one".After a few minutes of convincing her that the shop actually had the circuit knee support in stock she went transferred the call to someone young and happy to assist.This has put me off totally going to this shop will do my best to stay away from it.Infact I have had bad experiences with two Big W in Newcastle Jesmond is the worst one

        Big store with plenty of stock and room to move. Lots of staff and checkouts, not many customers. Inconveniently out of the way, so you can't just drop in for quick supplies, but if you're already around for Woolworths then it's worth it.
