        I visited the Branch this afternoon with my wife to use the ATM (and we actually have two Home Loans with the CBA). As soon as we entered the Branch a male, Customer Service Representative started hovering around us whilst we were using the ATM. He did not say "hello" or anything else actually...but just prowled around...as though we were on the verge of committing a crime? Very peculiar and unwarranted behavior? So if you choose to wear shorts and a T-Shirt and/or have an ethnic appearance perhaps you should avoid this CBA Branch.

        Terrible customer service. The tone of the tellers was pretty awful. Nobody was in the branch. I suspect if they dont get better with customer service they will get even quieter.
