Norma's Bistro is caters to people that are Coeliac and has plenty of gluten free options available that are clearly labelled on the menu. The staff acknowledges that they can't guarantee the food is 100% gluten free because it is a shared kitchen but still go out of their way to prepare the food to be as Coeliac safe as possible. The Spanish fries were good but the real winner for me was the Lasagna. The lasagna had so much flavour and was delicious! I also ate the sticky date pudding which was incredible. All gluten free! I highly recommend Norma's Bistro!

We had a fantastic afternoon celebrating a birthday at Alder Park and organised Normas Bistro to cater. We where stoked with the quality of food served and the outstanding customer service of Kenny and his team. We will definitely be back! If you havent been to Normas yet make your way! I had meals at QT, Flotilla, Subo and the Roudhouse restaurants in Newcastle and the quality of the food at Normas is excellent! This is high quality pub food and you can have everything gluten free if youd like. Great outdoor garden and nice atmosphere !
