I did not know the area -Nelson Bay. Property Buyers was recommended by a friend. Kevin Mason was the agent in the area. He knew the area well, the Real Estate agents and was able to negotiate and organise private viewings of properties, after advice from me on my specifications. He was extremely helpful, professional, organised, and as he had been in the Real Estate business observed issues with properties that I had not seen. He negotiated with the Real Estate to purchase the property , something that I am not confidant with. He has also followed up with the purchase, assisting with issues arising from the building inspection and the walk through prior to final settlement. I would use the services of both property buyers, and Kevin for any future property purchases. I highly recommend them.

I had been looking to buy my first investment property for over two years and it was truly becoming an intense burden trying to find the right place in the right location. Kevin was fantastic to work with. From the very beginning he took the time to understand our situation and what we wanted, and we were very comfortable talking with him. We knew we needed help to buy our investment property... the market was crazy, and we didn't have the time to visit all the available properties ourselves, or to try and figure out how much properties would really go for (it seemed all the price guides given were not accurate!!) Having Kevin help us with all this was a huge relief. He brought us properties we would not have found ourselves, showed us options which suited our budget and circumstances, he knew realistically what figure would buy a property, and he handled all the negotiations for us. Without a doubt, if we didn't have Kevin's help, we either would have missed out on our property of choice (due to not offering enough $$) or we would have over paid to ensure we bought something. Would definitely use Property Buyer's services again - well worth the investment! Thanks Kevin for making our property purchase so easy.
