I don't often bust out the Ol' typewriter to drop a saucy review but when I do it's usually because someone has either made my week or absolutely ruined it but this review goes out to the best darn real estate agent at McGrath Estate Agents Newcastle: J-Dizzle In my lifetime of renting I have found that all the real estate agents I have encountered have treated me like I am just another number renting on another monopoly space of life. Some agents seem to forget that human beings are the ones paying the rent and trying to get by and sometimes it is nice every once in a while to be treated like one. J-Dizzle aka. Jess puts the real back in real estate and can actually converse with me like I ain't another number. The short times I do spend bantering with her help me and I am sure help her get through what can sometimes be an absolute slog of a day. I cannot speak highly enough of the girls at Mcgrath, Jessica and Severyn were extremely helpful and sympathetic in helping me find a rental property. After endless attempts dealing with other rude, and inconsiderate agents hey were the only ones to actually listen and go that extra step in helping me. Highly recommended!

The best customer service experience I can remember. Before I met with Tammy, the idea of selling my house was overwhelming. From the outset Tammy's expertise, patience and diligence ensured it was the opposite. She made each step of the process a breeze, respectfully answered every question I had and gently reminded me of each task I needed to complete. Working with Tammy has been the best customer service experience I can remember.

Both Todd and Phil were a pleasure to deal with through the whole process. When planning for the sale we were trying to work out how much the property would fetch at Auction.
