Strachans Pharmacy

I had surgery yesterday. Went here afterwards to get what I needed after my surgery with my husband. Customer service was wonderful. The male pharmacist went above and beyond and also the young lady at the checkout was amazingly helpful. Really caring when I needed it most. Well done. Excellent staff!

Hey Michael & Team , We have been coming to this chemist on and off for many many years now that I know off and mostly the staff are friendly and helpful and they definitely look after their customers in the best way they can we havent really had any issues over the years , Unfortunately it is a little bit hard to move around some of the shelving to go up the back dispensery / prescription counter if you have a walking frame or pram with you as there is not a lot of room but I just make sure not to hit the gift stands as Im scared I will knock something over otherwise they have some gift ideas , I would like to see the chemist have the customer account system where the payments come in from Centrelink straight out of the customers pays each fortnight this would be quite helpful for someone who might need prescription medications & off the shelf medications now but dont have the money on that day to pay for it and they would immediately for their specific medical conditions so maybe this something to think about as a possibility for customers who are on disability support and regular Centrelink pension payments and healthcare cards, Michael always says hello to myself and mum whenever he walks past the bus stop outside the Hunter Gormet pizzas which is very lovely of him .
