Dr Malcolm Godfrey

I dont think there are enough words to properly say thank you to Dr Godfrey or his team.. I have been horrifically sick the last couple of weeks after my previous gynaecologist brushed off my concerns regarding my birth control (for the second time), after ringing around desperately trying to get in wherever I could, Chloe rang me back and managed to get me in the next day.. There was nothing but compassion and understanding on the phone, complete explanations of everything they needed from me as a new patient and what I would need to do when I got to my appointment - there was a small mix up and Chloe was unable to find my paperwork when I arrived, when she spoke to me and I showed the email confirmation I had completed it, she was still completely friendly and was happy to find it on her end.. When I went to my appointment, I was anxious and fed up by that point because no one was listening to me and I could feel myself getting worse.. Dr Godfrey made it feel like he had all the time in the world to listen to me, and didnt give me the usual well just come back if it continues or gets worse, he jumped straight to the final solution and sorted it for me then and there.. He was the first male gynaecologist I have seen, and to say that it was a much more pleasant experience than Ive previously had, pain and uncomfortableness that I was used to didnt occur with Dr Godfrey, he didnt rush anything and explained the whole way.. I finally felt heard, and 30 hours post my appointment Im still not 100%, but I feel so much better than I have been recently! I will happily return for all future needs.

A huge warm thank you to Malcolm, Chloe, Victoria and Natalie for providing a positive pregnancy and birth experience for both of my babies. Malcolm was open and supportive to my birth preferences, and really appreciated his calming and reassuring nature along the way. Highly recommend!

A very skilled, personable and professional obstetrician - with a great sense of humour! My husband and I couldn't recommend Dr Godfrey and his team more highly.
