        Appointment cancelled with 30 minutes notice. Offer to reschedule for 1 month later. Great thanks. Not that I needed that appointment today. What was once a good surgery has sadly decline significantly in recent years. Oh and don't bother trying to call them. Longer wait times then Telstra.

        Doctors don't listen to you or take into consideration your medical history. Very rude and unprofessional.

        Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Everytime I have been here the doctors are always rushing me so I don't get to express my health concerns properly. All doctors I have seen are not friendly and easy to talk too. I'm changing to a different GP if i can hopefully fine one.

        Understand why this doctors surgery has such bad reviews. Overpriced, SOME very rude reception staff, unreliable and very slow. Also! They told me they have to charge me full price for an apt for a phone call giving me my blood test results?
