Had my mum coming to this practice for around 7 months. Rudest aarogant Dr I've ever encountered. After a hospital visit...John Hunter recommended she see her specialist asap. The dr refused to issue a referral or do anything to make this happen. When we finally got to the specialist, the condition had deteriorated so severely and required another hospital stay. A hospital stay due to this dr's utter laziness. You'd be better off with a nearby Vet clinic.over this incompetent idiot.

We find Dr Subi Nagappan a polite and caring family doctor. Always willing to listen. Highly recommended.

This is one of the very few medical practices in Newcastle that does bulk billing for everyone. Isaw Dr Nagappan on the same day that I rang for a appointment and I was happy with his knowledge and service. I had to wait about half an hour, but that was not a problem. The pharmacy next door is also good and convenient.

Dr Nagappan was extremely rude, didnt consider the patients feelings, dismissed the issues, was out in 2 minutes and felt very belittled by him. Didnt listen properly, questioned the issue I stated and tried to get the appt over as quick as possible. Tried to bring a second issue up and he just said goodbye. Receptionist was lovey and cannot fault her, but bad patient care on behalf of the doctor. Extremely rude and unprofessional
