        Really disappointed. Waited months to get an appointment with the stylist they recommended for my hair type. Asked them to take some weight out of it and add shape and instead it now looks like a messy rats nest thats been hacked at. Mentioned that I wasnt happy with it before leaving and no resolution was offered. Salon was lovely. Staff seemed really happy. Over 3hrs later for a cut and treatment, outcome was poor. Photos were taken just post leaving the salon (please dont mistake the colour for something theyve done - thats natural). Services: Hairstyling, Curly hair
