The Self Care Sisterhood

SCS is a really great place-for both your mind and body. I came here from a no pain, no gain type gym which was really taking its toll on me. The SCS team basically take the complete opposite approach to training and Im loving it. We are encouraged to just move our body to suit our physical and mental energy level at each session, which really helps me maintain a commitment to movement. The whole space is judgement free theres always an encouraging and fun vibe at the classes I attend. Thanks SCS!

The Self Care Sisterhood is an amazing collection of beautiful women who are passionate about moving for our minds. I can honestly say I leave every class feeling better physically and mentally. Each class is a perfect size, meaning you can get feedback and help easily. Chloe and the team are such an encouragement and I am so glad I joined!

Self care sisterhood is such a great gym for non-gym type people. The women have been so welcoming. The coaches are fantastic and give you lots of options if you have an injury or just low energy. Highly recommend!

Becoming a member of the Self Care Sisterhood (SCS) is the best decision I have ever made for both my physical and mental health. The coaches are just amazing and have a genuine passion for creating a safe, inclusive JUDGEMENT FREE space for all members. My previous experiences at other gyms left me extremely anxious to start going again but as soon as I walked into SCS I felt accepted, comfortable and where I was meant to be!
