        Extremely dissatisfied. Having had laser treatments for over 20 years this treatment was the least effective. Dr Poons consultation lasted 3- 5 minute giving me no detail of what particular treatment I would receive. The result was non existent and a complete waste of time and money.That has never been my previous experience with laser treatment. Save yourself from any distress by not using this service for laser treatments. I wished Id read the reviews myself beforehand.

        The reception staff are efficient and lovely, the nurses are compassionate and knowledgeable and the treatment we followed ( Roacutane for severe acne) was everything we hoped for!

        I don't normally write review. This is not cheap service so I want to share my experience. I only give 1star because of Dr Terence. I don't recommend him. He not friendly and not really helpful. I found other nurse and receptionist were helpful and nice.
