I'm an UberEats delivery rider. I came to pick up the food for the customer and was told to wait as the food wasn't ready. I was told by the mid-aged female staff to go wait outside in freezing cold, and towards which I showed full understanding because I did not want to overcrowd the space. After waiting for at least 15 minutes outside, I went in to ask if I could use their washroom but to my surprise I was denied by the same female staff saying it was for customers only. Such a shame she failed to realise that I was someone who was delivering their food to customer and helping their business. I advice customers to be CAUTIOUS before dining here. What kind of food would they be making if they treat delivery person like trash?

The middle aged female staff was rude and seems like a terrible person. Very long wait, plus the food was expensive and did not taste good. DISAPPOINTED and DO NOT recommend.

I asked to use the bathroom, normal hospitality, was told only for customers. How un-Australian.
