        It was a pleasant experience dealing with Grant - he was courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond to enquiries. Although he was the selling agent, he was also reasonable and realistic and skillfully managed the seller's expectations in the face of rising interest rates. In the end it was a happy result for both parties. I would be very happy to deal with Grant in the future.
