        Customer service was severely lacking 5 mins ago. I made a simple enquiry about having a signature witnessed by a registrar and received a huge sigh and an eye roll from the lady who came to the desk. Somehow lay-people are supposed to know that they are JPs and not registrars. Rude. How hard is it to be nice?
