It was my first time buying a new car so I was super excited but the service I received wasnt the best. The reception deck is at the back so you walk in not really knowing where to go and seemed annoyed at me asking for a staff member. I was made wait for 30mins while they valued my car. I wasnt offered tea coffee while I was waiting like I was at the previous 6 car yards I went to that morning which I could have done with. I wasnt offered a test drive. I was told later it was because I didnt ask. Bring my first time I dont know what to ask. I wasnt shown any features I was just told the boot was bigger than the smaller one and he just opened the driver door and the. he walked away. I was an easy sell I knew what I wanted. Later I was sat at asked about extras and to be honest I had no idea what she was talking about. It wasnt clear what she was there for I thought it was to tell me the features of the car because the salesman didnt. She asked me if I was told about cameras and tinting I said no then she rolled her eyes about the other staff member. Proceeded to ask about the cleaning of my current vehicle and then asked does my husband polish my car I do but thats none of her business what I do with my own car. Then I was told she was calling me the next day to let me know what time pick up is but she didnt. My salesman said she should have called me by now. The day I agreed on with her was completely disregarded so I had to organise it myself because I had no other time to do pick it up. Although my sales person was nice there was no over and above and no attention to detail. Im in customer service and I found it disappointing. We are after a second new car for my husband for his 50th next month but we wont come here. If your coming for a new car first time experience you wont get it here.

Good range of stock available. We get the colour we want straight away. Staffs are friendly and helpful there especially Abhi who helps a lot.
