I had Patrick as our managing agents for a little over a year for a leased commercial property. He did quite alot to resolve issues that were neglected with the previous agency and overall worked (I feel) in the best interest of all parties involved. I found him logical to deal with and overall quiet relatable, Patrick and the team were transparent (in my dealing) and I wouldn't hesitate to lease another property of him.

Urgently needed somwhere to stay due to a quick move from my last property. Patrick and his team were so helpful in getting me sorted. Presented a few options and settled on Clifford Street which was ideal for my situation at the time.
