I cannot rate this business more highly - deserves more than 5 Stars! Joanne in the showroom gave me exceptional service. She was very accommodating and helpful - followed through on every action and her quotations were promptly received. Yang and his team were the most hardworking tradespeople I have engaged in 20 years - the quality of his installation is also 6 Star. Yang has a highly meticulous attention to detail - a true perfectionist. I LOVE my new hybrid flooring - the compliments I receive from visitors are never-ending. Don't waste your time with carpet companies for hard flooring - choose this company who specialise in and truly know hard flooring.

This team made changing my flooring so easy. From choosing the colour to final clean up and everything in between, they were professional, friendly, and so helpful. They communicated with me constantly through the process, came when they said they would, and did a fantastic job. I am so glad I chose my local flooring company, and I love my new floors!

Very professional to deal with and excellent customer service from Michelle and Young. They went to a great effort to help us choose the flooring and nothing is too hard for them. Very prompt to communicate and send quotes. Installation was done of our laminate floating floors to a very high standard. Highly recommended this company as they are true professionals and they are a pleasure to work with.
