        They used to be good and then all of their good employees left the organization. Now they are understaffed as well as underskilled. Often times expecting a return call from them is far more frustrating. They are a prime example of how quickly a good company can go down when good employees leave.

        Had a great result in homeloan refinance with Citibank via Naritas. Ana and Chevy were approachable and extremely efficient. The process was easy- documentation provided to us was well made with all the requirements properly marked. Overall very good experience.

        Had a great experience re-financing one of my home loans with Naritas. Would highly recommend for all your financial needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chevy and Ana. They seem to know the lending market quite well and give you a lot of option stating the pro's and cons. The 1K bonus they give helps cover the bank fees so it is a win win.
