I have been seeing Karina for quite some time now and she is by far the best sports therapist I have come across! She is thorough with her assessment and understanding/knowledge in all form of sport injuries is incredible! I have never once left her clinic without feeling great, whenever I limp in I leap back out! Karina Id most defined the best sport therapist in Mortdale and I am so grateful to have her amazing hands and knowledge work on semi broken body!

I have seen multiple physios, sports doctors and others over many years to help through injuries i collected through training for ironman / triathlon. Even though Karina's focus is massage, she has taught me and helped me more than any physio or doctor i have seen. She is an absolute gem - there is no comparison. Excellent problem solver, very clear and professional, and a vast amount if experience from working with pro athletes to help us amateur athletes.

I have been seeing Karina regularly for Sports massage for over two years. She takes the time to assess my injuries and pain points before starting the treatment. She is very thorough and detailed with her treatment. I always walk away feeling pain free and ready to attack my training week. Shes the best sports massage therapist in Mortdale! I always look forward to my massages with Karina after a big week of work and training.

Karina is very lovely & friendly she's very professional and very knowledgeable at what she does best.karina's attention to detail is amazing. I trust Karina with my daughters recovery and treating her with any related sports injuries. The place is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend anyone to see Karina for any sports related treatment from Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Treatments, Decompression Treatment, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy.
