Mortdale Medical Practice - Dr Monaha Sam

I've been a patient at Mortdale Medical Practice for my entire life. Dr Monaha gave me my shots when I was a baby and I've seen Dr McKeag for the last few years for general health inquiries. While, yes, there are some issues that have been addressed in other reviews, it is not more severe than any other practice I've had to go to when Mortdale was unavailable. The wait times are a bit long and the receptionists can come off as standoffish sometimes. But I always have had amazing care from all the doctors that work there and will continue to go there for as long as I can. We should always remember and understand that they are a small practice and may not be taking new patients all the time.

Dr Sam Monaha is incredibly professional whilst still making your experience very personal. The whole team at Mortdale Medical Practice are so warm and friendly. Im always comfortable and relaxed knowing that Dr Monaha and other doctors an Mortdale Medical look after me and my family. Nothing is rushed and you never feel like 'just another patient". Receptionist is rude, and wait times can be up to 30 minutes for your appointment. One of the male doctors there is also quite arrogant and rude.
