I had Lisa for my 20 weeks scan, and she was absolutely incredible from the moment we got into the room, Lisa made sure I was comfortable throughout my scan. Lisa really took her time to explain everything that she was doing, looking at and helped me understand it all. Lisa has impeccable customer service and I hope to have her again for future scans.

Having a breast ultrasound Lisa was so respectful and informative. She didn't just give a scan, told me a heap about what the images were showing so I know what's going on. Beautiful service. Happy to be going back to Lakes Radiology for follow up.

Was the most painful 12wk scan I ever had the sonographer was rude and could tell she was hurting me 2 days later my tummy is still in pain from it. She was really brutal

After speaking with my sister this morning I am horrified by the manner in which my mother was treated this morning by one of your radiographers during a scan. A formal complaint will follow.

Had an ultrasound done last week. Great customer service from Holly and Debbie in reception and Lisa the Sonographer was outstanding. Lisa treated me with respect and empathy and explained what was happening the whole way through my procedure. Highly recommend this practice.
