Their service is very bad. Their management is very funny. Their usage is very bad. Their time is not worth it.

We had a palm tree that needed to be removed. Due to its location (near our pool cage and other trees and plants), they said they needed a special machine to take it down. They brought a mini excavator and pulled it over onto another tree and severely damaged that. As for an apology, the workers seemed unfazed and even confused when I told them to leave. The apology was an afterthought (as he turned his back and walked away.) The vaguely apologetic staff in the office said, Sometimes bad things happen. This was totally avoidable. Had they taken it down in pieces (as we were told they would), I would happily have paid and still have my other tree. I will never use this company again. Services: Tree stump removal, Tree removal

Enviro Frontier Company is very dirty and dirty. Calls to them do not get any response. Their behavior is very bad. Their staffs argue unnecessarily. They have no knowledge of the environment.

We were approached by EF to assess quote and complete a job post storms in Winter 2021. After being harassed daily during Victorian lockdowns and poor and unsafe weather conditions to have job completed, only to complete the job (quoted at $7K+) to be told we were only being paid for 1 limb, ($500) as they failed to effectively communicate what was exactly to be approved. Tree services, avoid if you want to be paid correctly and have truthful relationships. Now all our communication has been avoided and no response to repeated approaches for resolve.
