Iolanda was extremely personable, enthusiastic and passionate when dealing with from start to finish. It was her hunger to take on selling our family home that meant we trusted her to do the job for us and get the best possible outcome! I felt Iolanda really understood and acknowledged our needs and desired outcome then delivered in a friendly, professional (and fun!) way. She has a great understanding of the uniqueness of each property. She worked on securing the best solution for both the vendor and the buyer which resulted in a great outcome for all. EPIC EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH IOLANDA AND SIMON I have had the good fortune to work with Simon and Iolanda twice. I purchased my current home through them and now we have sold this same home through them. Sold in a week, I might add. I think it might be because of their marketing and a solid list of potential buyers they work with to find the right home. By the way, they have a great marketing team! They are so easy to work with and they worked hard to help us through the process. We are first time home buyers/sellers in AUS and Simon and Iolanda (S&I) walked us through every step of the way. I have bought many homes in my life (USA) and what I appreciate most is their integrity (Truth tellers), communication, attention to detail, availability and their personal Touch of Care, which I think is their trademark. It is simply who they are! I cant help myself, but I typically have a skeptical opinion towards salesman. I can honestly say, S&I are two of the truest people I know, which makes it very easy to trust them with the sale of our property. I will never venture using anyone but S&I for any future real estate endeavor in the Northern Beaches. I have little time to stay on top of the details of a sale, but with S&I they had our back all the way and pulled us in at the appropriate time.
