Impossible to get in touch with company. I ordered a three-in-one reach tool a month ago. Emailed the company numerous times without any reply. I do not recommend anybody buying from this company. Scam alert

Made an order mid 20/04/20 through Locksmith Toolbox - Wayne Callaghan's other business trading under Abetta Locksmith for some locksmith tools. Order never arrived and when contacted, received a death threat. Still haven't received a refund or my order, and my throats still not slit =) Definitely recommend PickPal's or any other reputable company to deal with.

Despite the negative reviews recently, I had a good experience with locksmithstoolbox on an order I made in the middle of December 2022. Cheapest prices around as long as you don't mind slow shipping, the chances of something (presumably) not being available and being refunded, limited avenues for support on your order, and the scammy-looking website. In my case, I made an order on the 12th of December. I received two packages and had one small item refunded for more than that it was worth. I'm not sure if it was just out of stock. I didn't ask, and tbh, I don't care. Before I received the packages, it was taking a while, so I tried emailing to ask about my order but received no reply. I sent an SMS and got a helpful reply. I'm gonna assume the email isn't actually being monitored. The first package shipped on the 21st and was at my doorstep on the 23rd. I got notification emails and tracking number as expected. All but two items were in this package. Everything was exactly as described and sealed in what looked like original packaging. I even received a freebie with the package. I had a look at my order page on the website and saw a comment that the other parts of my order were still going to ship, so I just sat tight and waited. The second package shipped on the 23rd and was at my doorstep on the 28th. Also got the notification emails and tracking number as expected. Only one item was in this package, and was also exactly as described and sealed up in original packaging. I had a look at my order page on the website and saw the comment changed a little to say the final item's gonna ship later. I received my refund for the one missing item on the 5th of February 2023. I didn't need to ask for it, it just turned up on my PayPal one day. I'd say, buy from locksmithstoolbox if you're not fussy and don't mind the slow shipping and uncertainty around whether you'll receive the item. It's on PayPal so your card's not gonna be stolen and you can dispute the charge anyway, so you got that piece of mind. It's worth it if you're patient and like snagging a great deal on things. I just wish the website didn't look so scammy.
