We recently had the pleasure of working with Jo for our kitchen and dining room renovation, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Jo managed the entire process with utmost professionalism, making sure that every detail was taken care of. One of the things that really stood out to us was Jo's ability to listen to our needs and incorporate them into her designs. She really took the time to understand how we lived and what was important to us, which made the end result even more special. One of the ideas she came up with was a pressed metal splashback which was just one of the things that tied in really well with our heritage listed apartment. She project managed the entire process from start to finish, organising all the trades of which there were a tremendous amount considering there were builders, joiners, electrician, plumber, renderer, plasterer, stone installer, pressed metal installers, and plus the organisation of other requirements like appliances, lighting fixtures, and upholstery. We were impressed by how well-organised and professional all of her trades were, which made the process much smoother and stress-free. In the end, we ended up with a stunning new living space that perfectly blends practicality and aesthetics. The attention to detail is truly impressive, and I can't imagine working with anyone else on a renovation project in the future. Overall, I would highly recommend Jo and her team to anyone looking for a top-notch renovation experience. They are true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows in the end result. Jo designed and coordinated an extensive kitchen renovation for me, she is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process. On top of a harmonious colour palette and selecting finishes and appliances that matched the theme, Jo pointed out practical elements of design like appropriate spacing and drawer widths that I didnt even consider but have come to appreciate as I am using my new kitchen. The trades and other contacts Jo provided were so punctual and professional, they worked diligently and provided us with plenty of notice and feedback when they needed to cut off water/power for their tasks as we were living in the house during the whole renovation. It was obvious the work was done right the first time, and a lot of this was down to Jos experience and planning as multiple trades had to work in correct sequence to complete the renovation. The renovation was consequently much less stressful as we had anticipated. We are so happy with the finished kitchen and working with Jo was an absolute joy.
