        Contacted them for a copy of my travel insurance policy over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for an email not impressed

        What ever you do, do not even consider travel insurance with this fraudulent company. they don't pull through with anything. I was unable to travel due to my father being sick with stage 4 cancer, I provided every document you can think of, from scans to hospital letters and doctor reports.... and we made sure that the claim complies with the product disclosure statement as well as the terms and conditions to making a claim. we spent hours and hours gathering documents together in such a stressful time and they the just kept passing us on to someone else. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR RATING BUT UNFORTUNATELY 1 STAR IS THE MINIMUM ON GOOGLE. STAY AWAY!!!!
