Unfortunately I had to take this time to write this review which I didnt want to do. I didnt want to waste more time with this situation but I feel quite frustrated. I asked for something simple and it became super complicated as they decided to do a easy work instead of doing it properly. And I did pay lots for it. Communication was definitely a lack. I had to ask to re do what was done as they added some material to the clothes that I would never wear (without asking if this was ok). I went to pick it up again and she didnt do it - she gave me the day and she knew I live far away. I had to wait for the third time and once I went back she did the opposite we talked about. Plus she went against my words. I know what we communicated, clearly! Unfortunately she didnt do it properly and not in time and then did it in a rush and wrong. Honestly, a waste of time and moneybe careful. I dont recommend.

Liars. Hopeless. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Did not finish the job and I had to go to a funeral with a half done suit jacket that could not be worn (they had not finished it after two weeks and saying it was ready). Incredibly embarrassing. Terrible. Then they claimed they would finish it and credit my money if I brought it back. They did finish it... but then never called me. Weeks and weeks went by. And then, THEY DID NOT CREDIT MY MONEY AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. Also, I noticed people were arriving so angry while I was there for a range of issues. Lost clothes. False promises. So many issues. Seriously, go to another provider. There are other options in Mona Vale.

Unfortunately not the same service as it once used to be. I dropped an item off for repairs and 4 weeks later I had not heard an update. I called them and they appeared to have miss placed the item and didnt not call me back to confirm as they said they would. I went in the next day and she still appeared confused and unsure and told me 5 days and itll be done. Luckily it was finally repaired but they again miss placed it and took them 5 minutes to locate it. Thinking they had the item for 4 week and misplaced and found it multiple times I thought Id get a discount and when I asked she said no. Just poor service overall and its really disappointing.

Horrible horrible service, dropped off, told would be ready 6 days later, when arrived wasn't ready, got told to come back the next day and again when I arrived, told wasn't ready. Don't waste your time, go else where. Would be quicker to watch some YouTube videos and do it yourself
