        Very poor customer service. Two staff and two customers and both with long complicated matters. Finally after 20 minutes a third staff member emerged from behind closed doors to serve us. Why wasnt the third person called earlier or customers with problems taken aside so others are not delayed unnecessarily. Very poor management and makes one consider options.

        My grandma who has been an NAB customer for over 50 years went into Mona Vale NAB last week to start a new term deposit. She is 90 and takes her a while to go from A to B. Once at the counter the woman refused service because it was too busy and told her to come back 3 days later (Friday)
