In 2021 we had given David York $91000. He however, hasn't done anything for that money. He has however, lied to us and evaded us. We have 4 wooden stakes in our yard for what we paid. Please don't trust this man and his wife. Even though he has been ordered to pay us back by tribunal he is no where to be found!

David and Kirsten York how can you have your mini Hamptons business open to trade ? Are you still on the hunt to rip off hard working people. And feed them with your lies. Where is our $75k that you took from us after signing your Mini Hamptons contract. People do not trust or invest your money with this couple and their Mini Hamptons company. We handed over $ 75k as David York made us believe it was necessary to pay more than the deposit due to material delays. Once the money hit their bank all we received was lies and more lies. Not one thing was completed. This couple thrive on ripping people off and get away with it. Many more in the southern highlands are victims of this duo. York building is in liquidation and fair trading involved, yet they still have Mini Hamptons open to trade. Absolute joke.

I had the worst experience with this company/couple. Left with an extremely faulty building and the feeling that they were just after my money and no intention to deliver a quality product. The owner founder had since his license restricted by fair trading.
