    Ive been training with Amber for about 10 months now and can honestly say shes changed my life (cliche but true). Shes helped me become stronger and be the most confident Ive ever been in my life. But most importantly shes completely changed my relationship with food and my body. I feel like a completely different person compared to when I first started with her. Shes a legend and I highly recommend her.

    Ive been working with Amber as an online client for 10 months and cant recommend her enough! Im 48 and had good cardio fitness but I knew that at my age what I should be doing was more strength training. I found Amber on IG and just really liked her whole vibe :-) Working with her has just been a total force for good - shes unfailingly positive, thoughtful, incredibly well-informed and quite gifted at connecting and building a coaching relationship online. Shes not just a fitness coach - she has so much good advice and philosophy for things that might be challenging you - work, relationships, body image, nutrition etc. I had never lifted before but now have so much more confidence and strength. Im now addicted to my early morning gym sessions and the fact that Im learning new skills and seeing measurable gains. My body composition is changing and Im loving the way my shoulders look after years of having no upper body! Last but not least, Im eating so much more and feeling great about it (despite it being a big mental shift for me). So glad I made the decision to have that first consult!

    Training with Amber has been amazing! She is so genuine and always puts her clients first. Weather its in regards to health or personal issues Amber is always so understanding. She has made training so much more enjoyable and fun. :)

    Amber is one in a million. Kind, caring, genuine, extremely knowledgeable (way beyond anyone Ive ever experienced) and FUN! She has helped me so much, not just with technique and training, but everything that comes along with this journey.. mindset, forming healthy habits, nutrition, the list goes on. I cant think of a single session Ive had with Amber that I havent been in stitches from laughing so hard, but we still get the job done! She is like a personal cheerleader for every one of her clients and we all love her for it

    I wish I could give Amber & the TBM team higher than a 5 star review. After years of battling with the thought of going to a gym and training with a personal training I finally decided to bit the bullet and meet with Amber. From my initial consult, I knew instantly that Amber and TBM were the ones for me. Ambers knowledge, enthusiasm, personal skills and overall presence is second to none. She makes you feel comfortable, in a judgement free zone. Not only is Amber dedicated to quality sessions and plans for her clients, she is also a dedicated and talented educator. We don't just perform movements, but we are taught about the mechanics behind the movements, what the movements are aimed to achieve and how to perform them safely. The TBM community that Amber has built is truly amazing, all of her other clients are beyond brilliant and are never afraid to hey before a session and have a little chat which I absolutely love - a community of amazing people supporting each other on our own separate journeys! A few years on, I still see Amber 2-3 times a week for my PT sessions and I actually look forward to them! They are my favourite part of the week! Keep doing what you are doing Amber and don't ever leave me! I would be so so so lost without you.
