It was so much more than just a kundalini class. You will not only learn the wisdom of kundalini but you will feel supported and held through the session and your ongoing journey. I just wanted to thank you for yesterday for the meditation. It was the first meditation that I've actually been able to sit through and be present. And I guess I just wanted to share that with you because I'm really happy about all the work that I've been doing on myself and I I'm just so happy that I can actually get benefit out of meditating in the morning like I can actually sit and be present focus and that's really, really exciting for me.
