So I was on the sideline thinking if I should inquire about the surgery with my GP thank god I did. Dr.Chau has been so amazing and supportive from the first consultation to being in the hospital and then the 2 visits a day while in hospital and the follow up consult at 4 weeks and the 3 month one already booked in. I can not recommend him enough. His staff on the phone and so helpful and encouraging and remind me when I almost forget the time Im due in. If you are not sure if you should do the surgery or your trying to choose a surgeoncan I please highly recommend Dr. James Chau!!!!

It took me 2 years to finally make the decision to get the gastric sleeve, from the moment I met Dr James Chau I felt comfortable and confident that he was a very experienced, humble and kind specialist. Moving on now and I'm 5 months post op and can guarantee that my first impressions were right, Dr Chau has been wonderful and helped give me guidance throughout and was extremely professional and caring pre and post op. Anyone sitting on the fence I 100% recommend going with Dr James Chau

I met with Dr Chau over a year ago on a consultation for gastric sleeve. From my first appointment with Dr Chau i was drawn to his expertise his persona and professional advise. I booked with him to have my operation June 2021. I am very happy with the outcome Dr Chau visited my twice a day in the hospital to check up on my recovery and I was overwhelmed by his daily visits and his caring and humble natural to all his clients. I am so happy I had been referred to by another friend that had the same procedure done over 3years. I have had no complications and almost a year since my gastric sleeve and i have lost 50kgs. I have been seeing Dr chau and his dietician every 3 months since my operation and his always welcoming, friendly, supportive and always shows alot of empathy and interest in his clients. My family GP says I am a success story that needs to be shared. I highly recommend Dr James Chau to anyone who is looking of having weight loss operation. I am the happiest I ahve been in along time and I am glad I chose to have the gastric sleeve. It has changed my life forever and I will be forever grateful and thankful to the Dr James Chau.
