I had my first experience with Bold they serviced my van. What a great job the communications with me before, during and after was excellent. The interactions with all staff was professional above my expectations. They found a completely unexpected issue with the breakaway safety set up and solved that problem. I will be back.

I had the Tucson ESC, Electronic sway controller fitted to my caravan. I am very happy with the workmanship and the service provided by this organisation although they did not inform me to check the status of the controller on a regular basis. These controllers are mounted on the chassis rail of the caravan. Once installed there is no way of knowing if the unit has passed the self test diagnosis unless you get under the caravan to have a look at the LEDs. Given the importance of this device I feel that checking its status each time you set off is absolutely essential. I did read the Documentation which is why I am aware of this functionality. These devices are very expensive and VERY important safety devices and the controller needs to be mounted in a visible location or have a remote display panel in the caravan or even on the car Dashboard.
