We were recommended to speak to Kathryn by our property buyer and boy are we glad we did! My partner and I both work full time and have a four year old daughter (and two very energetic dogs) and were so daunted about the prospect of selling our townhouse in order to upsize that I actually think we may never have gotten around to doing so without Kathryns support. From the minute we met Kathryn we felt at ease, she is very knowledgeable, professional and is great at cutting through the bullsh*t that I felt some agents we'd spoken to were telling us in order to get our sale. She had fantastic advice and recommendations around what we needed to do in order to maximise our sale price and worked with us to optimise that based on what we could fit into our budget. Kathryn was always available for questions and advice and was prompt at getting back to us. She recommended agents to interview for our sale based on their sales results, local knowledge and most importantly their recommended sale strategy. Not only did she come along to help us get ready for our first open house but she also came along and held our hand at the auction, and talked us throught the process of setting a reserve and how it would all work. The best advice she gave me when I was a bundle of nerves and anxiety was to 'trust the process', and I did. In the end we sold for a fantastic price in a declining market, and Kathryn was truly as excited for us as we were ourselves.
