If i could leave negative stars i would. First after telling me the marketing i was paying for was until the unit was sold, the unit was pulled off the market without notifying me and i was asked to pay additional money to put it back up. I feel once they had a rental contract with us they stopped trying to sell it. They also posted sold pamphlets out to the local area which i got a copy of and was shocked as my house still isnt sold. Then they had the nerve to charge me an extra $950 for breaking the sale contract early, their fine print says 90 days, standard is 30 which i gave. I feel these guys took full advantage of my family and we are now thousand of dollars out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

I called today to inquire in regards to a property in Wandella rd Miranda . I was so disappointed by the rude manner the agent reply . He told me he wasn't interested to waste his time with my inquiries. I called LJ Hooker Miranda to place a complaint about his rudeness , for my surprise this person is the manager. How can someone treat his clients this way and how can the vendor get a positive result , i really dont know. I have no words to show my disappointment in how a manager can conduct business this way and treat his customers with such disrespect.
