I have never had such a poor service experience with a health care provider. This imaging centre brand I would give a wide birth to if you are wanting a satisfactory experience with an MRI. Churning through as many patients as possible as a business venture without proper follow up reporting in a timely manner is not appropriate patient care and is not acceptable in the health care industry. Waiting over a week for an MRI report is just ludicrous especially when you are told 3-4 days and then continually lied to in the process. There are plenty of competitors that offer this service, do your research before choosing I-MED and save yourself the stress and anxiety.

Everytime I have been to IMed Miranda, the receptionists and staff doing the scans have all been really lovely and very helpful,and today was no exception when I was there again this afternoon.

This email was also sent to their customer care dept with no response from them. I was absolutely appalled with the service and rudeness of your staff when I took my 83yr old mum in to get a pelvic ultrasound yesterday. The first staff member that conducted the ultrasound was abrupt, condescending and rude in front of mum and to my mum. Mum was already overwhelmed and struggling to hold her waters in whilst the staff member heavily pressed on her pelvis to the point where my mum squealed when she was conducting the procedure. She was abrupt when asking questions and had little care factor knowing mum was 83 yrs of age. No level of care at all. She then sent us outside as mum needed to wait a little longer and told us she would only be another 10 mins. Thirty minutes and more later , we were still waiting after asking 3 other staff members that mum needed to get this done as she couldn't hold her urine any longer. Still no answers from anyone as they said that "the doors were closed of the rooms" they couldn't check. Forty minutes later, it was too late, my mum could not hold on and began to urinate in the waiting area. I walked her to the closest bathroom where she completed her business, had to clean her, and help her get dressed. And that that point a different staff member came out to complete the procedure and said that they were ready. "TOO LATE" I said. I was absolutely disgusted as to how you people treat your elderly customers. No level of care, consideration or service. I have spoken to my referring GP and have explained the whole situation, enforcing that he DOES NOT send any of his clientele to you people. Your google reviews also explain similar situations. I will never return to your centre and will certainly be speaking to my friends and family regarding my experience.
