        Civium are a joke. Their main company reviews are not placed in good faith(not from customers but other managers and services). Their incompetence caused real damage to our building. After high staff turn over we were left to fend for ourselves. After years of abysmal neglect we were assigned a veteran manager. This was the worst solution. They know enough about their job to explain why they are not doing any of it. After fees paid, hours researched and issues discussed and voted on Civium would pick and choose what tasks they MIGHT do. Simple tasks seemed beyond them. Completely unacceptable. Your money matters. Your time matters. Civium will not respect these.
