Laura has not only changed my body and weight but my mind and soul. She is always so lovely, approachable, caring and accomodating to my needs, capacity and injuries; while
still pushing me to work hard to achieve my goals. As a bonus she is never in a rush to get you out the door and is always chatting (I call it our counselling sessions). I feel so lucky to have found Laura to help me get back in shape, lose weight, strengthen my body and get my energy levels up.
I love she is an advocate for mental health through her PE Movement and she really lives by her motto that Mental Health Matters.
I highly recommend Laura.
