Thank you for the Great service from security guard Daniel who went out of his way to hunt down jumper leads by going to every shop in the plaza and even asking an nrma worker who was in the car park.

My memory must have been asleep when I visited this pharmacy for the second time. First time the person behind the counter (not the Pharmacist) lectured me and was personally invasive. Fast forward, second visit had some inexperienced person again behind the counter lecturing me how to apply bactroban ointment. People are not STUPID! Learn manners and teach your staff professional ethics. Dont go here if you are intelligent in any way, it suits stupid people who have no idea

Customer service by the lady behind the prescriptions counter was persistently nosey and rude in my opinion insisting that I wear a mask even though I have a medical exemption which I mentioned... she seemed more nitrereste in repeating to me that I should wear one rather than helping me with the vitamins I had asked about! She even went so far as to say were you at the rally on the weekend?? Im sorry but how is my private life got anything to do with her??!! I frikkon rude!!!!

Would have given 5 star if not for the fact that one of the staff put my wound dressing wrong way around. On the label of Melolin dressing, it says place the shiny film side of the dressing to the wound but since they put the dressing wrong side on , had to peel the skin to get it out of the wound. It was agonising!
